Portable Ice Compress Fan

This compact handheld fan combines a powerful airflow with a semiconductor cooling surface that provides quick relief on hot days when pressed against the skin. The Ice Compress Handheld Fan features a high-speed brushless turbine motor and offers three adjustable airflow speeds. In addition to standard fan functionality, it is equipped with semiconductor cooling technology and a metal cooling plate on the front.
